For the past ten years, Rob has focused on renewable energy start-ups, bringing leading edge technologies to market at Draker Laboratories as Chief Operating Officer and at Thermal Storage Solutions as VP of Finance and Marketing. Alexandra is an experienced project estimator/manager in the commercial construction industry with an emphasis on the mechanical sector. Throughout her career in construction, Alexandra employed a proactive, customer-oriented approach to successfully deliver projects to Johns Hopkins Hospital, Exelon Corporation, and Baltimore Gas and Electric. Jen has vast a knowledge and understanding in manufacturing operations; with 8 years at Keurig Green Mountain and more recently with Cabot Creamery Cooperative. Jen is adept in overall business operations across the multiple functions that comprise manufacturing. She strives to build an engaging culture and encourages cohesion across business functions. Ken has a diverse background in manufacturing operations and engineering. As a senior leader at IBM Microelectronics and Keurig Green Mountain, he has driven facility and production startups, scaling, ramp and expansion of new and mature products. He brings a focus on continuous improvement and optimization of product quality, cost and throughput.
Robin is a graduate of the Sustainable Innovation MBA at the University of Vermont. He has worked in environmental education and studied sustainable architecture and construction at the Yestermorrow Design/Build school. When not at work, he can be found doing normal Vermont things such as skiing, hiking and wearing flannels but also enjoys cooking with his wife, martial arts and singing rhyming couplets to his cat Matilda.
Alicia has 18+ years of experience in the chemical manufacturing industry at Avantor/VWR, formerly Anachemia Chemicals. She began her career in the lab and manufacturing space producing custom and standard laboratory chemicals. Years of time, dedication to the products, plant, and associates, earned her the title of Plant Manager. As the Plant Manager, her focus was, and still is to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all associates.
