Rob’s career has been shaped by both the natural environment and the power of business to leave the world a better place. With extensive experience in startups, growth companies, and established organizations, Rob creates meaningful and lasting change. His career began at Pacific Sun Industries, where he contributed to annual revenue growth from $9M to $30M in under two years while also doubling international sales in the same period. He then moved to Burton, where he was responsible for sales planning and forecasting global affiliates for five brands with 7,000 styles totaling $450M. Most recently as the Founder and CEO of Glavel, Rob successfully commercialized foamed glass aggregate in North America, bringing it to scale while setting new benchmarks for environmental and socially responsible manufacturing practices.
Greg joined Glavel after over three decades in global sales and marketing in the renewable energy, aerospace, and computer graphics industries. With full sales and marketing responsibilities, he and his management teams were responsible for taking three companies from post-startup phase into leading #1 global brands, including most recently NRG Systems, which was sold to a multi-billion dollar public technology company. At Glavel he is responsible for the overall end-to-end commercial strategy including revenue growth, marketing, communications and market expansion. Having served on high-performing global executive teams and boards for both private and public companies, he is passionate about building amazing teams and bringing Glavel to an international stage.
Jen brings extensive knowledge of manufacturing operations, with previous experience at Keurig Green Mountain and Cabot Creamery Cooperative. Since joining Glavel at the launch of the first production line, she has helped to shape operations, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and build the processes that support continued scaling. Jen is adept in overall business operations and is passionate about building cohesive, high-performing teams, driving continuous improvement, and leveraging data and metrics to guide successful outcomes.
Tor leads Glavel’s sales and marketing department, bringing full-stack marketing expertise and a talent for brand building to the team. As foamed glass aggregate was introduced in North America, he launched educational outreach programs that drove the material’s commercial adoption and specification in projects across the northeast. Tor positioned Glavel as a leader in climate tech by developing North America’s first Environmental Product Declaration and Declare Label for foamed glass aggregate. His work has established Glavel as a preeminent leader in decarbonizing the built environment.
Mason serves as Glavel’s Sales Operations Manager, where he aligns business operations, sales development, and product teams to improve efficiency and deliver a seamless customer experience. His background in technology commercialization, entrepreneurship, and early-stage business development, paired with his passion for climate innovation, enables him to meaningfully support Glavel’s mission and continued growth.
Brian oversees manufacturing operations at Glavel, bringing supervisor-level experience from Fab-Tech and Vermont Teddy Bear Company. He manages production staff to consistently meet safety, quality, and output standards while coordinating training and performance evaluations. Brian’s clear communication and accountability drive productivity improvements while ensuring policy compliance.
